Focusing on economic disparities in the African-American community, a 3d spatial analysis explored the expansion of small businesses in the Northeast sector of Oklahoma City. The design focused on multi-use tenants and sustainable living with work/live spaces and functional green areas. An event and conference center was planned for the original building, which was formerly a US post office. This existing building's clean lines and modern style guided the architectural vernacular of the proposed new construction and entire complex.
